Magnesium

Magnesium appears in our range in different preparations.
What it is
Magnesium oil is a water-based magnesium chloride brine rather than a plant oil. Oral magnesium products use other formats and need their own labelled nutrient amounts.

The presence of the same mineral name does not make a spray and a supplement equivalent. Choose by purpose, full formula and current directions.
