Great natural products and great service
Small independent businesse always a pleasure too deal with
I bought the 5 mushroom tincture to replace an expensive subscription for matcha because it has the same mushrooms in. This combination of shrooms has helped with peri menopause symptoms and I've been taking them for over a year now. I've tested the tincture for a couple of weeks now and they have the same effect! So the subscription is cancelled and I can't thank Crystal Health and Beauty enough! Thanks guys!
Wonderful stuff and delivered really quick
I trust the products and the delivery service was top notch

Hello - after speaking to Crystal Health
I showed the problem - which has been rectified - I withdraw my 1 star and offer 5 stars for how quick they sorted the problem- I should of spoke to them 1st
Hi,
Our postage has not changed for many years. It is a flat rate of £5 for all parcels under 2kg.
I’m not sure what you were seeing on the site, but the delivery cost does not increase the way you’ve described. If there was a technical glitch or something unusual showing on your end, the normal and correct thing to do would have been to contact us so we could sort it for you.
Leaving a 1-star review without even getting in touch first isn’t fair on a small family business. We’re always happy to help when people actually speak to us.
I always order my natural products from these guys. Very prompt service. If for any reason there is a slight delay they are very quick to inform me, once was my fault as was adding to the order after I ordered, was not an issue and they accomodated my request instantly. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. I tell all my friend & family.
