Gold

Elemental gold

Gold has a long history in decorative arts and in symbolic wellbeing traditions.

Shown: gold metal. Colloidal gold is small particles dispersed in liquid, not a piece of raw gold.

The element

In colloidal form, small particles are dispersed in liquid. Our current colloidal gold is labelled 40 PPM. The number describes concentration.

In our range

Gold also appears in our face cream, where botanical oils and butters form the moisturising base. The symbolism associated with gold is separate from the physical properties of the finished formula.
