Processing, preparation and dispatch
At Crystal Health & Beauty, we carefully prepare and pack orders from our UK workshop. Some of our colloidal and ionic mineral liquids, qualifying sprays and sets are freshly prepared in small batches, which can require additional time for production, bottling, labelling and packing. Orders are typically dispatched within 10 working days of being placed (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays). This is a typical processing estimate, not a guarantee of a particular delivery date. If exceptional circumstances mean your order cannot be supplied within the agreed delivery timeframe, we will contact you about the available options and respect your statutory rights.
Pre-order products are labelled on the product page and in the basket. A pre-order is not covered by the 10 working day dispatch time above. We dispatch a pre-order within 30 days of the order. If we cannot, we email a new date and you can cancel for a full refund.
Royal Mail Tracked 24
Our standard UK shipping service is Royal Mail Tracked 24 where offered at checkout. The '24' refers to Royal Mail's next-working-day delivery aim after acceptance into its network, subject to location and service exceptions; this is not a guaranteed delivery deadline. Selecting or being charged for Tracked 24 does not mean an order will be dispatched on the day it is placed or within the next 24 hours. The preparation/processing period comes before the Royal Mail delivery period. We send dispatch and tracking information once the order is handed over for delivery, where available.
Postage
United Kingdom: Royal Mail Tracked 24 is £5 up to 2kg and £9 up to 15kg.
Ireland: Royal Mail International Tracked is £8.80 up to 1kg and £10.30 up to 2kg.
Europe: Royal Mail International Tracked is £12.15 up to 250g, £14.40 up to 500g, £15.00 up to 750g, £16.15 up to 1kg, £17.25 up to 1.25kg, £17.95 up to 1.5kg and £18.45 up to 2kg.
Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates: Royal Mail International Tracked is £15.30 up to 250g, £19.15 up to 500g, £23.75 up to 750g, £27.90 up to 1kg, £31.85 up to 1.25kg, £34.90 up to 1.5kg and £37.55 up to 2kg.
Prices follow Royal Mail online International Tracked rates from 5 October 2026. Where several countries share one shipping table, the price is the highest rate in that group, so a lighter parcel is not charged the 2kg price. Checkout shows Europe and rest-of-world prices in the local currency.
Customs charges outside the United Kingdom may be due and are paid by the recipient. We do not ship to the United States, Canada or Mexico. A UK order over 15kg has no automatic postage rate. International orders over 2kg are quoted by email to hello@crystalhealthandbeauty.co.uk.
Orders over £200 to the United Kingdom and Ireland ship free.
