Fresh, simple and made your way.

Wash produce and equipment well, remove the peels, pips and cores specified in each recipe, and serve the drinks freshly made. Natural separation is normal; stir before pouring.

The blender method keeps the pulp when left unstrained. Juicing and straining change the texture and remove some of the fibre. Each recipe explains which version its calorie estimate covers.
