Selenium

Trace mineral

Selenium is a trace mineral used in several body proteins and enzymes.

Dark grey selenium granules on pale limestone.
Shown: the element selenium, so the mineral is recognisable. Our liquid supplies selenium together with glutathione. Do not treat the picture as a serving.

In our range

It appears alongside glutathione in our liquid preparation and in some combined products. Look at the declared amount rather than combining trace-mineral products freely.

Why it is discussed with iodine

The iodine companion guide explains why selenium is often mentioned alongside iodine.
