Crystal Health & Beauty produces its core colloidal mineral liquids in its UK workshop. Each preparation has its own ingredients and concentration; the details on the individual bottle matter more than the appearance of the liquid or the name of the mineral alone.

Understanding PPM and product differences

PPM means parts per million and describes concentration. It does not, by itself, tell you the particle size, overall quality or suitability of a product for a particular use. A higher number is not automatically the better choice.

Colloidal and ionic preparations also describe different forms of a mineral. Where a product is labelled ionic, compare it as that specific preparation rather than assuming it is identical to a colloid. Use the full ingredient declaration and product details to understand the difference.

Our freshly prepared mineral products need preparation time before they leave us. Check the current dispatch information when ordering. Royal Mail Tracked 24 describes the delivery service used after dispatch; it does not mean an order is made and sent on the day it is placed.

Follow the storage and usage instructions for your particular bottle. A cream, a nasal spray and a mineral liquid should never be treated as interchangeable because they share a mineral ingredient.

What does PPM mean?

PPM stands for parts per million. It expresses concentration and should be read alongside the ingredients, bottle size and intended use. It is not a guarantee of effectiveness.

Are ionic copper and colloidal copper the same thing?

No. Ionic and colloidal describe different forms of copper in a preparation. Read the specific listing rather than choosing on the assumption that the two are identical.

Are all products in this category made fresh to order?

No. Fresh preparation applies to the products identified as freshly prepared. The collection also contains finished skincare, soaps and other formats with different production arrangements.

Does Tracked 24 mean same-day dispatch?

No. Preparation and dispatch happen before the postal delivery service begins. Check the current shipping information for the expected preparation and dispatch times.

Can I use the same directions for every mineral product?

No. Follow the directions for the exact product and format you have purchased. Products for external application are not interchangeable with products labelled for another use.
