A traditional soapmaking process
Our soaps begin with coconut oil and a lye-based soapmaking process. Saponification transforms the oils into soap, and the bars are left to cure before they are prepared for customers.
The relevant mineral recipes use our colloidal preparations, while scents, colourants and other additions vary by bar. Small differences in appearance are part of their hand-finished character.
Make your bar last beautifully
Lather with water, wash and rinse, then leave the bar somewhere it can drain and dry. A soap dish that keeps it out of standing water helps prevent unnecessary softening between washes.
Choose for the fragrance and ingredients you enjoy. Fragrance-free is a useful option if you prefer no added scent, but it is not a guarantee that a product will suit every skin type.
