The family business
Small enough to care about every order
Crystal Health & Beauty is a family-run natural wellness business in Mildenhall, Suffolk, operated by JKS Holistic Living Ltd. We make colloidal minerals in our own workshop, bottle and label in small batches, and sell them with herbal tinctures, tissue salts, soaps and everyday essentials.
The workshop stays small on purpose. The same team that makes the liquids picks and packs the orders.
Straightforward products we are willing to use ourselves.
On the bench
Made on this bench
Silver, gold, copper, zinc, magnesium and titanium liquids are produced, bottled and labelled in our UK workshop, using steam-distilled water and the mineral named on the bottle. Sizes, strengths where stated, ingredients and storage sit on each product page.
Not every product is made on that bench. Soaps, creams, sprays, tissue salts, liposomes and bought-in essentials come from their own suppliers. The product page says how each item is made.
Workshop liquids
Colloidal silver is the liquid we are best known for. Made here, bottled in amber glass, and sold in the sizes on the product page.
Herbal tinctures
Prepared with a certified herbalist
Our herbal tinctures are prepared with a certified herbalist. Each formula has its own ingredients, directions and cautions on the label and on the product page.
What else earns a place
Tissue salts, liposomes, soaps and daily essentials sit beside the workshop liquids. We look for clear ingredients, practical pack sizes, and suppliers we are willing to stand behind.

If a label is unclear, or you need help with an order, the contact page reaches the people who packed it. Wholesale enquiries use that page too.
No public counter
There is no shop floor at the workshop. Buy online, or write to us about an order, a wholesale request, or a product you already have.
