What's in the bottle
The ingredients are lemon balm, passionflower, skullcap, alcohol and purified water. Latin names and plant parts are not stated beyond those common names, so they are not added here.
This is a different bottle from Sleep Remedy, which lists valerian, hops, catnip and oatstraw. Use the directions on the Calming Herbal bottle, not the Sleep Remedy directions.
It may cause drowsiness. Do not drive or use machinery if you are affected, and seek advice before combining it with sedating medicine.
How to use
Shake the bottle and follow the directions printed on it. A serving may be diluted in water or juice when the label says so.
