What's in the bottle

The ingredients are valerian root (Valeriana officinalis), hops (Humulus lupulus), catnip (Nepeta cataria) and oatstraw (Avena sativa), with alcohol and purified water.

It is a different bottle from Calming Herbal. Some of these herbs can make you drowsy. Do not drive if you are affected, and do not combine it with alcohol or sedative medicine unless a professional has advised it.

How to use

Shake the bottle and follow the directions printed on it. A serving may be diluted in water or juice when the label says so.
