Colloidal products are easier to compare when the specifications are written plainly. This release names the metal and the concentration first: platinum at 20 PPM, in a 500ml bottle.
The finished formulation, the label instructions and the launch date will be confirmed before the product can be purchased. Until then, the page is here to read, and orders are not being taken.

Platinum and gold are different elements, and the two products are not interchangeable.
Colloidal platinum is a liquid dispersion containing very small particles of platinum in a liquid medium. Platinum is a naturally occurring precious metal, with the chemical symbol Pt and atomic number 78. It belongs to the platinum-group metals and is known for resisting corrosion. It is used in jewellery, specialist manufacturing and scientific research.
The word colloidal describes the physical form of a dispersion. On its own, it does not establish particle size, purity, stability or suitability for any particular use. Those have to be judged for each preparation.
Crystal Health & Beauty Colloidal Platinum is planned at 20 PPM in a 500ml bottle. It is not the same material as a platinum compound used in medicine, and research on those compounds is not evidence about this product.
PPM means parts per million, a way of expressing concentration.
For a water-based formulation measured approximately by mass, 20 PPM corresponds to around 20 milligrams of platinum per litre of finished liquid. A 500ml bottle at that concentration would therefore contain approximately 10mg of platinum in total, if the concentration has been verified and the finished volume is as stated.
PPM describes the amount of platinum, not the size or shape of its particles. A larger PPM number does not automatically mean that a colloid is better, more stable or more appropriate for a particular purpose.

Platinum is prized for properties that set it apart from many other metals. It resists corrosion under many conditions, and it plays an important part in catalytic processes used in industry. Platinum materials are also studied in chemistry and in materials research.
Those laboratory and industrial results should not be read as demonstrated effects of a consumer colloidal platinum preparation. As an element, platinum is distinct from gold, silver and copper. Each has its own chemistry, so products that contain them should be considered separately.
The chemical symbol is Pt. Platinum sits with the platinum-group metals.
That property is why the metal is used in jewellery, apparatus and industrial catalysts.
Platinum compounds used as medicines are different materials. They are not evidence about this bottle.
Both names describe dispersions containing fine particles of their respective metals, but platinum and gold are different elements. Our Colloidal Gold listing is 40 PPM. This Colloidal Platinum listing is 20 PPM. Both are 500ml. The metal, the concentration and the price differ. None of those differences is a guide to a health effect.

A colloidal platinum preparation contains finely dispersed platinum particles within a liquid medium. Particle characteristics and the ingredient list depend on the specific formulation.
It is a concentration of 20 parts platinum per one million parts of finished product by mass, approximately 20mg per litre for a water-based liquid.
At a verified 20 PPM, a 500ml water-based bottle would contain approximately 10mg of platinum in total.
The planned bottle size is 500ml.
The listed retail price is £40.00 for 500ml, equivalent to £8.00 per 100ml.

No. Platinum and gold are separate chemical elements. The planned Platinum product is 20 PPM. The existing Gold product is listed at 40 PPM.
The intended formulation is purified water and platinum particles, pending final confirmation. The published product label will provide the definitive ingredients.
Product-specific directions and storage information will be finalised and published with the approved label before the product becomes available. Do not apply instructions from Colloidal Gold to Platinum.
