What is Calc Fluor?

Calc Fluor is the abbreviated name for calcium fluoride in the Schüssler tissue salt tradition. It is No. 1 in our twelve-salt range and is often recognised by the traditional heading “elasticity”.

The name identifies the mineral preparation. The number helps you find it within the range. The finished product label supplies the separate information about preparation strength, tablet ingredients and directions.

Its place in the tissue salt tradition

Within Schüssler practice, Calc Fluor is associated with elasticity, connective tissue and the surface structures of bones and teeth. These themes explain why traditional reference material groups it under elasticity and structural support.

They are descriptions of the traditional system, rather than evidence that the tablets rebuild enamel, repair ligaments or treat a condition. This distinction lets you explore the tradition while keeping the product information clear.

When reading different guides, match the full salt name as well as the number. A short heading such as elasticity is a reference aid; it is not a diagnosis or a complete basis for choosing a preparation.

Name, number and potency: three different details

A tissue salt label can contain several numbers that do different jobs. No. 1 identifies this salt in our range. A preparation notation, where shown, describes its dilution or potency. The tablet count tells you how many tablets are in the pack.

None of those numbers, on its own, gives a nutritional calcium amount. A tissue salt preparation should not be treated as equivalent to a calcium supplement with a declared milligram content.

The current Calc Fluor product description does not state its preparation strength. We therefore do not assign a potency from another retailer’s listing or assume that every product bearing the same name is identical. Read the pack you receive or ask us for the current label.

Also check the tablet base and any additional ingredients. The mineral name is only one part of a finished tablet’s composition.

Calc Fluor and the other calcium salts

The shared word Calc can make the calcium preparations easy to confuse. Calc Phos refers to calcium phosphate, while Calc Sulph refers to calcium sulphate. Calc Fluor refers to calcium fluoride.

These are separate names within the tissue salt system. They should not be swapped simply because they share calcium in their name. A combination product may contain more than one, so compare its full list with any individual preparation already in your routine.

The Bones & Teeth KIDZ combination also includes Mag Phos and Silica. Its four-salt composition makes it different from the single Calc Fluor product.

Using the finished preparation thoughtfully

Follow the directions on the exact pack. Do not transfer tablet numbers, frequency or age guidance from another brand, a spray or a combination product. If the label is unclear, contact us before use.

For children, check the age guidance and administration method, and supervise use. A child-focused product name does not replace those instructions. Review the full ingredient declaration when allergies or dietary restrictions matter.

Store the tablets tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep the original label and batch information, and keep the pack out of reach of children. Do not use a pack with a damaged safety seal.

Persistent dental pain, an injury or another ongoing symptom needs appropriate assessment. This ingredient guide explains a traditional preparation; it does not establish which treatment an individual needs.

Calc Fluor questions answered

What does Calc Fluor stand for?

Calc Fluor is the short name used for calcium fluoride in the Schüssler tissue salt system.

Why is it called No. 1?

No. 1 identifies Calc Fluor within our twelve-salt range. It is not a dose, potency or tablet count.

What does elasticity mean in this guide?

Elasticity is the traditional association used for Calc Fluor in tissue salt practice. It describes that framework, rather than a proven treatment effect.

Is Calc Fluor the same as Calc Phos?

No. Calc Fluor names calcium fluoride; Calc Phos names calcium phosphate. They are separate preparations in the range.

Which products in the range contain Calc Fluor?

Calc Fluor No. 1 is the single preparation. Bones & Teeth KIDZ Minerals also lists it alongside Calc Phos, Mag Phos and Silica.

Does the KIDZ combination contain lactose?

Yes. The current Bones & Teeth KIDZ Minerals listing specifies a lactose base and natural strawberry flavour. Check the complete pack declaration before use.

For complete ingredients, allergens, suitability and directions, read the current product label. A guide to one ingredient does not describe every possible effect of the finished preparation.
