Crystal Health and Beauty is an independent family-run natural wellness business operated by JKS Holistic Living Ltd in Mildenhall, Suffolk. We make a core range of colloidal minerals in our own workshop, bottle and label in small batches, and sell those products alongside herbal tinctures, tissue salts, soaps and everyday essentials.
How Crystal began
Crystal grew from a family interest in straightforward natural products we were willing to use ourselves. The shop is still run on that basis: keep the workshop small enough to care about every order, say clearly what we make here, and put the rest of the range on the same honest footing. We have not dressed that history up with a founding myth or a list of credentials we do not hold.
What we make in our UK workshop
The colloidal mineral liquids — including silver, gold, copper, zinc, magnesium and titanium — are produced, bottled and labelled in our UK workshop using steam-distilled water and the relevant mineral. Sizes, strengths where stated, ingredients and storage sit on each product page and on the bottle.
Not everything in the shop is made on that bench. Soaps, creams, sprays, tissue salts, liposomes and bought-in essentials have their own sources. The product page is the place to see how a given item is made.
Workshop liquids
Colloidal silver is the liquid we are best known for. It is made here, bottled in amber glass, and sold in the sizes listed on the product page.
Working with a certified herbalist
Our herbal tinctures are prepared in collaboration with a certified herbalist. Each formula has its own ingredients, directions and cautions on the product page and on the label. This page is not a substitute for that label, and it is not medical advice.
How we choose the wider range
Beside the workshop liquids and the tinctures, we stock tissue salts, liposomes, soaps and daily essentials that earn a place on the shelf. We look for clear ingredients, practical pack sizes and suppliers we are willing to stand behind. We do not claim that every product is universally suitable, and we do not invent laboratory results or manufacturing certificates.
The people behind each order
Orders are picked and packed by the same small team that runs the workshop. If something is unclear on a label, the contact page reaches that team. Wholesale enquiries use the same contact page.
